Hu’s recent representative experience includes representing Cowell Health in its acquisition of several pharmacy retail chains, assisting Demant Group in its acquisition of Shengwang (a Chinese hearing aid fitting chain network enterprise), advising Baring Asia on the sale of HCP Group, and providing services for the privatization of Suchuang Gas.
